NEW: Provide re-dial function 
The last outgoing call is now at the top of the direct call screen, this made be a re-dial deductible.
During click in the box will automatically delete the record, prefix for local calls is not legal!

snom-report.php: Changes on XML report list, this now with prefix numbers only begin with '0xxxxx'
next automatically applied. All other numbers are local and therefore without prefix

The Web-Reports are now lookup names directly from the directory (include href)
and no extra 'noname' will displayed

CLIP displaying: Web-Reports will displying now in the last column with from Asterisk generated CLIP.
So now even local numbers and individual entries displayed correctly
